Under the provisions of article 25 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendent Posts, it is hereby notified that the 35th biennial Circle Conference of the Association will be held on 8th July 2012 (Sunday) at Patna.
Items of Agenda:
1. Approval of Annual Report of Circle for the year 2010-2012.
2. Approval of audited accounts of Circle for the year 2010-2012.
3. Organizational Review.
4. Financial Review.
5. Membership Verification.
6. Approval for Draft Resolutions:
Subject matters for debate / discussion and strategy to be adopted for taking up issues with CHQ
(a) IP Grade Pay issue.
(b) Provision of infrastructure to Sub Divisions.
(c) Regular promotions to P.S. Gr. B.
(d) Cadre Review.
(e) Any other subject with the approval of the chair.
7. Election of Office Bearers.
8. Next Circle Conference.
All office bearers and members of this association are cordially requested to attend the circle conference on the scheduled date & time at Patna. The venue will be communicated later on.
