It is informed to all the members of this Association that, as per the decision taken in CWC held at Shirdi (Maharashtra) the fresh Grade Pay case under OA No. 289/13 filed at Ernakulam Bench iscoming up for admission on 5/4/2013. The OA is slated for admission before Hon’ble Division Bench consisting of Hon’ble Dr. K. B. S. Rajan (Judicial Member) and Hon’ble Ms K. Noorjehan (Administrative Member).  The following are the applicants and respondents in the case:
