36th Biennial Circle Conference

          It is proposed to conduct the 36th  Biennial Circle conference of our AIAIPASP Bihar Circle at Patna on 27th July 2014. This Circle Conference is conducted in a new scenario of new Government  Our CPMG has directed me to convey the message of ensuring full cooperation from all IPs/ASPs to the Administration during the last four monthly meeting. I have also fully agreed with our CPMG’s message and therefore I request all our members to extend full cooperation in all area for the real growth of the department forgetting the difference of opinion with very few officers. 

         In conducting the conference also I request the cooperation of all our members supporting the Association both financially and personal attendance in the deliberation for conducting the conference successfully.
