It is hereby notified that the CWC Meeting of our Association is going to be held at 11:00 Hrs. on 05.07.2009 (Sunday) at Lohianagar SO, the following items of agenda are to be discussed in the said meeting and proposal for new agenda will also be discussed for the meeting likely to be held in near future with the Chief PMG, Bihar Circle, Patna / PMG, Northern region, Muzaffarpur.

1. Confirmation of last CWC
2. Financial review
3. Discussion on grade pay of IPOs / ASPOs including ACP
4. Organizational review
5. Any other items with the permissiom of the Chair
All circle office bearers are cordiallyrequested to attend the meeting on the appointed time, date and venue.
